Onboarding

Are you new to working? Has it been a couple of years since you have done? Are you nervous jumping right into classes? We have an onboarding program that can get you ready and confident going into group classes. Onboarding is done in a 1-on-1 setting where it is just you and one of our professional coaches.

What to Expect

In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the session, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.

Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!

This includes:

  • Two one hour onboarding private sessions
