About Lookout Fitness

At Lookout Fitness our mission is to help busy families get fit and healthy with CrossFit group classes, personal training, & nutrition coaching. We help you develop and maintain healthy habits to combat chronic disease all while having fun and celebrating the little wins along the way. We want our members to be the best version of themselves.

At Lookout, we aim to create a fun, safe, encouraging environment where members can discover their abilities and gain the confidence needed to step out into a more active lifestyle. By teaching Crossfit movements, mobility, endurance, and nutrition fundamentals, Lookout is able to offer a unique health experience that can be scaled to any individual’s fitness level or circumstance. Workouts are varied, intense, and expertly designed to promote change every day and produce concrete results.

Our team cares about guiding and encouraging each and every member to obtain the goals they seek for themselves.

Our members’ goals are specific and if we can assist in that journey to realizing their aspirations then we have truly helped them change their life.

Kacy Womack

Co-Owner, CrossFit Coach, Nutrition Coach, Member and Operations Manager

Kacy was a collegiate cheerleader for the University of Tennessee and has been involved in coaching CrossFit and nutrition coaching since 2014. Kacy is committed to building an inclusive community with a mission to improve lives through fitness and nutrition. She is the epitome of small but mighty - she can go toe to toe with just about anyone in the gym! You can catch Kacy in the mornings and at lunch!

Ashley Frasier

Co-Owner, Certified CrossFit Coach (L3), Nutrition Coach, Marketing and Media

Ashley got hooked into CrossFit in 2012. Her one goal when she started was to do a push-up. Ashley achieved that goal and went on to achieve another goal which was to compete in regionals (#ripregionals). Since then she has committed herself to coaching others and creating businesses and products focused around fitness and nutrition. Rise and shine with Ashley at the 5:30am classes!

Jere Hartman

Coach Jere is our retired Military Army Ranger or as Jere likes to say, our retired alpha male living his best hippie life! Outside of his service to our country, Jere is also an Appalachian Trail Thru Hiker, all regional Cross Country athlete, and a very talented artist molding objects out of all kinds of interesting wood. You can catch Jere in our mid-morning classes!

Jordan Tortora

CrossFit Coach, Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer

Enjoying the newly-wed life with her husband Vincent and two dogs, Jordan is truly a real-life story of how CrossFit can change someone’s life. She started at Lookout Fitness in 2018 during a 6-week challenge and has evolved over the years into a coach, certificated nutrition coach, and lover of fitness. Jordan brings a passion and empathy for people to every class and has a heart of gold.  You can find Jordan creating cool art, helping plants live their best life, or even renovating her house in her free time.

Ian Deck, DC

Doctor of Chiropractic, CrossFit Coach, Yoga Teacher

Ian is our resident doctor - yep, Doctor of Chiropractic. Ian recently moved to Chattanooga where he works at the VA supporting our veterans. Ian specializes in optimizing physical performance and enhancing overall wellness. His love for both CrossFit and medicine all started with a deep passion for helping others achieve their goals. Through his work, Ian aims to empower individuals to reach their full potential, both in and out of the gym. Ian believes in a holistic approach to health, combining exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term well-being.
